Video: Shoulder Recovery Exercises
Winter is a popular time to get broken body parts fixed. Many of us bear down and get through the climbing season with injuries, then get them fixed when the climbing season ends. I’ve had surgery on both shoulders and had it done in the winter. Here are a few exercises I used to recover. All of these were prescribed by my Physical Therapist.
If you haven’t ever injured your shoulders, you should still do these exercises to keep you rotator cuff strong and happy!! Get yourself a cheap Theraband and do these exercises 2-3 times a week.
