    Heavy workouts in gym like lifting weights or doing chest exercise, i do get a pain in my fingers. Can this band help in reducing it?

      Yes these can help. However, I recently got a similar device from Powerfingers and recommend them instead of the Hand-x band in this video. Also, try reverse wrist curls with a dumbell to reduce hand/wrist/forearm/elbow pain.
